Babysitter
Exchange
The Moms Club of Piney Orchard
sponsors a Babysitting Exchange for those times when even a stay at
home Mom isn't able to take their child(ren) to appointments, meetings or just needs a
night out. Many members of the Piney Orchard are military families and
new families to the area with limited babysitting options.
Babysitter Exchange Members are limited to Mom's Club of Piney Orchard.
Members earn points by babysitting and spend points by using a
volunteer babysitter within the exchange. But come, on this
service alone is worth the $20.00 fee to join the Mom's Club.
Sunshine Committee
The mission of the Sunshine
Committee is to provide assistance to our members in a time of need.
Examples include the birth of a child, an injury or a major illness in
the immediate family, or a death in the family.
If you are ever in a situation
where you feel that you need this type of assistance, please contact
the Sunshine Committee Chairmom or any board
member. For those of you interested in providing meals for our families
in times of need, please contact the Sunshine Committee Chairmom. Although providing meals has been the
normal method of support, we welcome your ideas and suggestions for
alternative ways of providing assistance.
